Rocky returns to Russia for 15 pile-driving boxing rounds of vengeance when iron man Drago, a tremendously scary 6-foot-5, 261-pound Soviet athlete, murders Apollo Creed in an exhibition battle.

The Cold War was a fascinating period in human history, and it continues to be intriguing now. The United States emphasised duck and cover tactics while Russia was busy training its children how to maintain and operate heavy armor. Surplus: Throughout the 1980s, Hollywood continued to portray Russia as the bad guy, and there's something nostalgic about the big terrible Soviet Union descending upon the world and wreaking havoc on it all now. In addition, it is a Rocky film. Yup.
